Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for modifying or canceling your tour booking with euontour.com. Please review carefully before booking.

1. Tour Cancellations by You

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total payment.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

2. Changes to Booking

You may request changes (e.g., date, tour type) subject to availability:

  • Free changes up to 30 days before departure.
  • A fee of €25 applies for changes within 30 days.
  • Changes within 7 days are not permitted.

3. Cancellations by euontour.com

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to low enrollment, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • You will receive a full refund, or
  • We may offer an alternative tour of equal value.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions). Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation.

7. Group Bookings

For groups of 6 or more, customized cancellation terms may apply and will be outlined in your booking agreement.
