Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for modifying or canceling your tour booking with euontour.com. Please review these terms carefully before securing your reservation.

1. Tour Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund tiers apply based on your departure date:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total payment.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total payment.
  • Less than 7 days before departure (or no-show): No refund will be issued.

2. Changes to Your Booking

You may request changes to your reservation (e.g., date adjustments, tour type), subject to availability:

  • Up to 30 days before departure: Modifications are completely free of charge.
  • Within 30 days of departure: A modification fee of €25 applies.
  • Within 7 days of departure: No changes or modifications are permitted.

3. Cancellations by EU ON TOUR

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to low enrollment, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such highly unlikely events:

  • You will receive a full, 100% refund, OR
  • We may offer an alternative tour of equal or greater value for you to choose.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, government actions). Refunds or travel credits in these scenarios will be issued entirely at our discretion.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.

6. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed directly back to your original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

7. Group Bookings

For large groups of 6 or more, customized cancellation terms may apply. These specific terms will be clearly outlined in your direct booking agreement.
