You can book directly through our secure website. Simply navigate to your desired tour, select your date from the calendar, enter the number of guests, and proceed to our secure checkout.
2. What is your cancellation policy?
We proudly offer a 100% Free Cancellation policy if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour start time. For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, please refer to our detailed Cancellation Policy.
3. Can I modify my tour date after booking?
Yes, modifications are completely free of charge up to 30 days before your departure, subject to availability. Minor changes or modifications requested closer to the date may incur a small administrative fee.
4. Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through highly secure, encrypted third-party gateways (such as Stripe and Apple Pay). We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Tour Logistics & Experience
5. How large are your tour groups?
To guarantee an intimate, premium experience, we operate differently from massive bus tours. Our groups are strictly limited to 6 to 8 people. We also offer entirely private tours exclusively for you and your travel companions.
6. Where do the tours start?
For our Private Car tours, we offer the luxury of direct hotel pick-up and drop-off in Berlin. For our walking tours, exact meeting point coordinates and instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.
7. Are entrance fees included in the tour price?
Inclusions vary depending on the specific tour. Please check the itinerary section on the tour page. If museum or palace tickets are required, our guides will often assist you in navigating the entrances seamlessly.
8. What happens if it rains?
Our tours operate rain or shine! We recommend checking the forecast and dressing comfortably. In the extremely rare event of severe, unsafe weather, we will contact you directly to reschedule or offer a full refund.
9. What languages are your tours conducted in?
Our standard tours are conducted in fluent English by our local historical experts, ensuring clear, engaging, and highly informative storytelling.
10. How much walking is involved?
While our Private Car tours handle the long distances between monuments, exploring historical sites naturally involves some walking. We pace our tours comfortably, but we highly recommend wearing supportive walking shoes.

11. Are your tours wheelchair accessible?
Many of our itineraries can accommodate mobility aids, especially our private car tours. Please contact us before booking so we can tailor the route to your specific accessibility needs.
12. Can I customize a private tour itinerary?
Yes! When booking a private tour, you have the flexibility to focus on the sights that interest you the most. Simply leave a note in the “Additional Information” box during checkout or email us beforehand.
13. Are the tours suitable for children?
Absolutely. We welcome families and our guides are skilled at adapting their storytelling to keep younger travelers engaged while diving deep into the history for adults.
14. Do you provide food or drinks?
Unless you are booking our dedicated Berlin Food Tour, meals are not included. However, your guide will gladly recommend excellent, authentic local spots for lunch or coffee breaks during your day.
